There is an easy way to stop all violence that always occurs during the world cup soccer matches. The whole world learned that after the Germay verses England match there were several violent out breaks between the German and the English fans. Do you want to know why they decided to beat the crap out of each other? They were drunk. Infact they had been drinking for hours before the game and during the game which lasted several hours. So how do we stop them from drinking? They should simply stop selling drinks during the first hour-or whatever reasonable time the operators see fit. But they should also not allow people who appear drunk, to come into the areana to watch the game in the first place.
Even though there is a simple solution to the problem, I do not think they will have a cut off time to sell booze. They want to make all the money they can make on booze they can. And I am sure they are making quite a bit of money off of all the alchohol ingesting fans.

Unborn Children Have A Right TO Life

A woman does not have the right to terminate the life of her unborn. Abortion is defined as the termination of a pregnancy after, accompanied by, resulting in or closely followed by the death of the embryo or fetus. (www.m-w.com) First we are going to take a detailed look at all the types of abortion, find out what and why women have abortions, we will then find out how abortion became legal in all fifty states, find out the question of when human life begins, compare the beliefs of those for and against abortion, discuss the psychological affects abortion has on women, and come to a conclusion
There are eight types of abortion. The following are given in no particular order. First there is partial birth abortion. The abortionist pulls the baby partially out of the mother using forceps. The abortionist delivers the whole baby except for the head. The abortionist then jams scissors into the baby’s skull. The scissors are then opened to make a whole large enough for a suction catheter to be inserted. The baby’s brains are then sucked out and the abortionist then delivers the dead baby. The second type abortion is a synthetic steroid called RU-486. This steroid is given to the mother when she is 5-8 weeks pregnant. This steroid takes away progesterone, a nutrient vital to the baby’s survival. The child dies as the nutrient lining of the womb decays. The baby is then delivered dead. The third type of abortion is caused by a hormone called prostaglandin. The hormone is released into the womb. Vaginal suppository causes the uterus to contract, resulting in the baby being delivered prematurely, resulting in the death of a child. The fourth type is known as dilation and evacuation. The child is twelve to twenty four month old and is cut to pieces with a sharp knife. The baby weighs as much as a pound and can be as tall as one foot. The fifth type, and most common is called suction and aspiration. The baby is as old as twelve weeks. A hollow tube with a sharp, tip is placed into the womb, then a vacuum machine with a force twenty-eight times greater than a regular vacuum, rips the baby to pieces as the baby is sucked out of the mothers womb. The sixth is known as dilation and curettage. Cervix is dilated to allow a loop shaped knife into the womb. The device cuts the placenta from the uterus. The baby is also being cut apart. The pieces of the baby are drawn through the cervix and reassembled to make sure know pieces are missing. If some of the baby is still inside the mother bleeding and infection could occur. The seventh form of abortion, known as a saline injection, is where the amniotic fluid is removed and replaced with a saline solution. The baby drinks the toxins resulting in the dehydration and hemorrhaging of the baby do to salt poisoning. The last type of abortion is called a hysterotomy. This form is used in the last trimester. The baby is delivered in form of a Cesarean birth, the baby then dies on his own or is killed deliberately. (Abortion)
World wide, there are around forty six million abortions per year, one hundred twenty six thousand abortions per day. There 1.37 million abortions in the United States of America, three thousand, seven hundred abortions occur every day. The reasons women have abortions are as follows: 93% are because of personal reason, six percent occur because of health problems that could occur for the mother or the baby, and one percent are due to rape or incest. Now that we know in detail all the types of abortion; we will now take a look at the major case that made abortion legal in all fifty states. In January 22, 1973 the Supreme Court legalized abortion in all fifty states. The Supreme Court made it the law that if a baby was not born yet he is not a person. You can not call the baby a person until he is born. There is no reason behind this; they just made it into law. Amendments IV and XIV have always protected all Americans from harm and give everyone a right to life until the supreme court took away an unborn child’s right to life. Amendment IV to the Constitution states that “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated,…” And there is Amendment XIV Section I in the U.S. Constitution, which states, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States…nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due to process of law; nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. When does life begin? Life begins at conception when the sperm of the father fertilizes the mother’s egg. All the genetic information is there for the baby to form the necessary human body parts and the ability to think. A baby should not be considered a human being just because he has not formed his human attributes such as human appendages and a conscience. Since all the genetic information is there, not allowing the newly formed fetus (The unborn offspring from the end of the eighth week after conception (when the major structures have formed) until birth. Up until the eighth week, the developing offspring is called an embryo.)(Definition of a Fetus) But there are those who believe that a fetus is not a human being. They define a human being as some one with the physical characteristics of a human. Since the fetus is not yet capable of conscience thought yet, you can not say that the fetus is a human. Therefore aborting a fetus is not murder.
At what point do medicate experts say life begins? “In 1981, while considering S 158 (known as the Human Life Bill), the U.S. Senate heard testimony from 57 international authorities. The Senate's report stated:” "Physicians, biologists, and other scientists agree that conception marks the beginning of the life of a human being -- a being that is alive and is a member of the human species. There is overwhelming agreement on this point in countless medical, biological, and scientific writings." Dr. Jerome Lejeune, the French geneticist who discovered the chromosome pattern of Down's Syndrome, told the Senate: "Each individual has a very neat beginning, at conception." Dr. Hymie Gordon, chief geneticist at the Mayo Clinic, stated: "It is an established fact that human life begins at conception." Professor M. Matthews-Roth of Harvard University declared: "It is scientifically correct to say that individual human life beings at conception."(Perloff, James)
But there are pro abortionist who claim since a baby is totally dependent on his mother you can not call him a human being. (Person hood: Is a Fetus a Human Being) So by this same definition, if a person is severally handicapped and it totally dependent on someone for his every need, you can not call him a person, which of course is nonsensical. A baby is totally dependent on his mother for his survival, because if he did not have the protection of his mother’s womb and the umbilical chord that provided him with just the right type of nutrients, he would not survive. But there are those who believe that since he is connected to his mother, this voids him the status of a human. (Arthur, Joyce) But what sets him apart from his mother is the fact that he expresses emotions that are independent of his mother. He can cry, move around, express fear and express a variety of emotions. Another reason the baby inside his mother is a human is that it has its own unique DNA.
Abortionist also made the false claim that banning partial birth abortion was a detrimental to women who needed an abortion in emergency abortions. Planned Parenthood Federation of America said in a press release that, “The Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act would "outlaw a medical procedure used primarily in emergency abortions." But partial birth abortions were done thousands of times a year, to perfectly health babies who were premature, with the baby being 5-6 months old, with the ability to be born prematurely. In 1974, an abortionist named Paul E. Jarrett, Jr. had a total change of heart. He performed a suction abortion, the suction aspirator was being blocked by a torn of fetal leg. So he decided to decapitate the child with ring forceps. He describes the scene in his own words: “And as I brought out the rib cage, I looked and saw a tiny, beating heart. And when I found the head of the baby, I looked squarely in the face of another human being-a human being that I’d just killed. I turned to the nurse and said, “I’m sorry” But I knew that I couldn’t be apart of abortion anymore.”(Why They Quit)
Now that we know what the baby goes through when being aborted and what an unborn baby is, let us look at the effects an abortion has on a mother. After an abortion, a woman will feel a temporary relief. This feeling is followed by the in ability to express or feel any type of emotion. Forty to sixty percent of women questioned in studies reported negative reactions after the first few weeks of an abortion. Eight weeks after the abortion, fifty-five percent of women expressed guilt, forty-four percent complained of nervous disorder, thirty percent had experienced sleep disturbance, thirty-one percent had regrets about their decision, and eleven percent had prescribed psychotropic medicine by their family doctor. Thirty-five percent of women report experiencing sexual dysfunctions, lasting from short to long durations. Thirty-three percent of women wanted to become pregnant again to make up for their abortion. Unfortunately women who have had an abortion feel the same need to have another abortion because of the same reasons as before such as not being ready to have a child, or lack of support from family.
Pat Archer, a lady who has had an abortion, tells what she went through during and after the abortion. First of all no one told her that she did not have to have an abortion, they just inflicted guilt upon her. But first, let us find out why she had an abortion to begin with. While seeking her nursing degree, Pat found out that she was pregnant. In 1974, when she was in school, those entering the field of nursing were not supposed to be married or have kids, so she was encouraged to have an abortion.
Four months into her pregnancy, she decided to have an abortion. Pat recounts her story, “And it was interesting when I went to the hospital—it was a Catholic hospital—the nurses were so angry at me, but not one of them said to me, ‘You can get off this [table] and you can go. As well “Nobody who knew that I was pregnant…nobody said to me, ‘Pat, you can keep this baby. You can still go back to nursing later.’ They were all contributing factors in the death of that child.”
Pat had the abortion and became bulimic, severely depressed, angry, withdrawn, and promiscuous. Eventually she did get married, with two miscarriages and two girls. But her abortion was still much apart of her, making it hard for her to connect with her first child. Pat recounts her relationship with her first baby girl, “But what was interesting, when I had my first daughter in 1980, I could not connect with her. I could hardly hold her. Her father did most of the care. I couldn’t cuddle her. I couldn’t console her. I had trouble breast-feeding. I had trouble feeling love for her. I ended up bottle-feeding her, and I couldn’t wait to get back to work.”
Not only do women feel an emotional hurt, but there are physical complications involved as well. The most severe affect of having an abortion is death. According to the article “Abortion Risks: A list of Major Physical Complication related to Abortion,” “The Finland researchers found that compared to women who carried to term. Women who aborted in the year prior to their deaths were sixty percent more likely to die of natural causes, seven times more likely to die of suicide. And they were four times more likely to die of injuries related to accidents, and fourteen times more likely to die from homicide.” The leading cause of deaths by those within a week is the following: are hemorrhage, infection, embolism, anesthesia, and undiagnosed ectopic pregnancies.
